Which Box To Get ???

i am looking for a cable box as i've had enough of vermin ripping me off and so on so i was just wondering which is the best box to get ??

i'm on a very tight budget at the moment so nothing to out there just has to be simple like viewing the channels and maybe HD...........

plus what channels would i get as thats gonna be another main thing i would like sky sports espn at the races racing uk and all that plus movies kids and so

kryptview server is shite.. but its free, starview server is shite, but it charges you to be shite...
so buy the kv, it'll be shite but at least you wont feel totally raped

so it mattered enough to mention it , and other members may be reading these threads and wondering the same thing

so my answer is directed at answering one of your queries and to help anyone else reading this thread, as it matters to everybody and not just yourself

one thing to mention as of this time the s/w server is offline for updating firmware from the 24042011 to the latest 29112011 as that firmware has not been uploaded or a link posted as far as i know.

because they have never published the file on the net in order to stop hackers or vm hacking into it

I've found 2 ARNET-KRYPTVIEW-A780 both with free delivery one priced at ?129.99 and the other priced at ?134.99.

not to much of a price cap between the 2 but on the ?129.99 one it says it's the original box but under it it says please note this is a development box what dose this mean ????

the other one is a LAN only but can't really see the difference between the 2 any info on this would be grand

if they are both a780 models they are the same , and both have a lan port too

development boxes are ones that can be programmed or patched or flashed (call it what you like)
