    Whats options do i have for a HD Cable box

    Right can anyone give me the options i have for a HD cable box.
    I know theres the DM800, DM8000, IPBox ect ect but whats the pro's/con's of each one and also if there are others out there.

      that's all dependant on the HD channels that are "so called" going to be added to cable in the nr future .
      at the moment , dont bother m8 unless you wanna watch an elephant take a shit in HD on living planet on BBC-HD.

          I agree with loncell, its not worth it really for one current HD channel and a few possibles in the future.. There is the cheaper (non opensource) Ex7000 box to look at, but it, as most are when new is a bit buggy, but I am sure it will be sorted in time. Apparently this box will upscale the non HD channels to near HD like the IPbox's do... might be worth reading more about..

              ah ok thanks Guys and i take it the sky movies HD are not receivable yet through Cable then.
