    Digivox down

    Wonder if anyone can help,
my silver Digivox is giving me a problem, I'm trying to input new keys, here's what I am doing (EMU is on)

    Selecting Menu,

    Scrolling down to system information,

    pressing enter

    Keying in "1004"

    Selecting Nagravision and press enter

    Select Provider (TELEWEST)
    and enter the info there,

Herein lies the problem, I have no provider showing, only this:

    Provider ID: FF FF
    Key No: FF
Key Data: FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF

Can anyone help me with this please
    Thanks in anticipation

While you are in the CAS menu, you will see set default key, press it and making sure emu is on, (presuming you have the latest firmware), exit to Sly Sports and it will update.

If you do not have the latest firmware you will find it in the red sticky at the top of this section. Or alternately you can manually input keys.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams

Hmmm, that was strange, I went back into Nagravision and it showed providers this time, have entered keys and everything is now back to normal. Thanks for the help satsmo, it's much appreciated.

Maybe I should flash my box again? I think I done it last December when all hell let loose.

      Anyway , thanks again
