digivox xl (black) box bad picture

hi there i have the above box and on N*L and live in the northeast.my samsung box i got off N*L is a great picture but the digivox is far far poor pixely and fuzzy.like if the tv in not tunned in right.what frequency do i have to have it on at the mo it scanned from 154.750 but am not sure if thats the right frequency to start from is there a list of frequency i can get.the version on the info is s/w 13-20001 is that ok.just went out last week and got a scart from commet 29.99 mearly past out haha again thanks for your replys

Do a factory re set then scan again if your NTL make are you sure your not EX C/W ? if your not sure try to scan EX C/W .

did all that mate but the picture is still not great.was thinking is the firmware up to date do i have to change it.

s/w 13-20001 is that ok or do i need to update it sorry about this as am new to all this and just need some help

hey had the same prob with mine over the last 3wks & 2day i lost all my channels apart 4m the free 1`s done all factor reset & reflashed it still najoy so ur no the only with prob sorry i cant help u but wil post sumthin on ere when i do

2 xl firmwares v1250 for irl,and v1341 for uk,located in general cable tv re digivox firmware au fixes.
also make sure emu is on menu-system info 1004 emu to on
