what do u need 4 a starview or eurovox???

hi everyone i have got a starview box and my friend now would like to buy a eurovox does he need to be on virgin to pick up channels as he is with bt vision any help would be appreciated guys and gals cheers

yes you need an active line off virmin just broadband will do even to receive tv channels
