I've gone past my 18 month contract with Virgin and was wondering if anybody has negotiated a good new deal by threatening to cancel your contract. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

just tell um ur goin to sky as they have offered u a much better deal, have a deal in mind and tell vermin if they dont better it ur off, if that dont work cancel everthing and let retentions get in touch with u and they will belive me, then ur in a better possition to do battel, they should offer u a good deal to stay rather than loose u to sky, let us know how u get on..chris..
