if so, which is the best to buy, and what flash do you need to use to get it working with Virgin Cable tv.

V+ box? for starters you'll need a paired box.Would'nt bother with ebay,its hit and miss wrt false bk's.
Otherwise a 50db noise blocker is the way to go,once the card is glitched and spilled the beans.
