i havent got one mate, but from reading other sites, it looks like you hook it up and scan. use a prog called progdvb to unscramble

anybody got one? seems like a good add-on for a media centre.

get a dvb-c card and put it in media centre....i've been using 1 for a couple of years.....they range from ?30 use with softcam - vplug up to ?150 with Common Interface, Cam and SmartCard with au img. i use vista mce but this only works with hardcam option but plenty of other apps use softcam, eg progdvb, mediaportal, myth tv, my theatre, ritzdvb etc

where does the cable fit on the usb stick?
the only reason u would want one of these is for mobility but unless ur in ireland using mmds ur restricted by cable....

hi metman yeah a pci card would be cheaper, but for those peeps with lappys, maybe this could be good

yes that's a good point Krypton, i was mainly thinkin' more of a media centre...
