VM 10meg broadband

Hi all, there is goiong to be a price increase of two pounds for Vermins future upgrade of your broadband to 10meg.

I think they forgot to tell us about that one when they sent out those personal emails from Branson.

I got a leter saying the same thing.
If you're still in your contract it wont go up till the end of the contract.

Gutted as I just upgraded to 10meg for ?18 when I could of renewed my 2meg contract for ?11 and got 10meg for that price.

they cannot charge you extra if you are in a contract. doing so would be a breach of the contract. they can only change the terms when the contract is renewed

I'm a 2meg customer i think its pretty good cos its only 2GP more plus existing 10meg customers are paying ?20

?2 its not really gonna break the bank and if it keps vm happy and off our backs im quite happy to pay it wot with everything else we get for nothing
