    Loss of Channels (Movies) and break up in channel

    Laides and Gents,

    It's been a while, I have been out of the Country for a bit, anyhow, so appolgies for not seeming to appear for over a year.

    I was gladly sat there still watching my Tv through Kryptview A780 quite adequatley, when her indoors said lets move the TV, well some 20 meters of Cable and a move of TV and box, I switched the KV on to find hardly any Channels, I have completed:
    * A Factory reset
    * Delete All Channels
    *Rescanned over the 4 nearest TP's.
    I have the latest firmware etc: and still no movies and lots of glitches.
    Is it the length of Coax ?
    What is weird it scans at 56, 77 and 88, but yet the signal is low once the channels are live (E.G. ITV 22)

    Any ideas for a quick eand easy resolvement would be appreciated (except I don't want to put the TV back where it was!

    Thanks in Advance (and hope)

      Posting your problem in the KV section may help you.

      *Rescanned over the 4 nearest TP's. do you mean NetIDs.?
      The correct Net ID for your area can be obtained from a VM sub box ,if you have one.
      Settings/Tech Stuff/Net ID.
      Box should be scanned on Network.

        So it was working and you moved 20 meters and now it dont, so all you have done is put 20 meters of coax in i would start by checking my connections on the coax as that is all that has changed m8..................

        Did you buy the coax or make it up yourself if so make sure the inner and outer dont touch each other coz that will do it.................

          All sorted,
          I just ripped up the Laminate floor, grinded a hole in the floor from were the coax comes into the house diagonally across to the where the TV is now situated, plugged in the coax and hey presto, everything back.
