Cable decoder with MOSC

I have a samsung 2110c and the nagravision B smartcard that was used with that cable decoder (it was in use 2 years ago).

Also I've got a CAS 3 plus programmer.

What steps should I do in order to watch free
Do i have to modify the decoder
Like removing R414 & R413 - C427 & C428 tackbalk caps, or this is an old technique

How can I can I modify the smartcard into MOSC
In my research I've found that I need to unloop the card by some way and then to reprogram it with nagraedit and a new bin file
Also do I need first to get the box key and the IRD activation code
