    New transponder on virgin media?

    I have lost channels on the transponder around 123 MHz range. I noticed that they might be switching to QAM256 so that might have something to do with it.

    Anyone know what's going on?

    In my area the lowest frequency is 155 Mhz, the HD channels are on 6952 256 and the SD channels remain on 6887 64. I believe they are slowly changing the SD mode throughout the UK to increase capacity.

      Seems like they have switched to QAM256 and are now using inversion.

      <cable name="CableUK Test" satfeed="true" flags="9">
      <transponder modulation="5" fec_inner="3" symbol_rate="6952000" inversion="1" frequency="131000000"/>

      This is what i'm using for the cables.xml now.

        Would everything be picked up theoretically if 6887 and 6952 were scanned on qam64 and qam256?
