Yeah its a disgrace they gave us a free upgrade in Feb then upped the bills shortly after its a disgrace what with the current economic climate.
I have gone freesat.

It never was a "free" upgrade, they simply reshaped and introduced new packages, and so those on the old packages were upgraded to the new packages that matched their current monthly payment...
When alls said and done, imho, when taking all packages together (TV, Phone, Broadband, Mobile) you cant get a better deal from anywhere else, and the cable broadband service is unrivalled really, so......Comment
