yes you can get pc/sat tuner cards for pc towers.
like this as there are many fta,dont know if they decrypt.

Yes you can, I have an old PCI sat card, don't use it much now, but when I did, not only could I watch TV, but could download what peeps was doing via satellite internet, including emails and chat etc via Eutelsat.

Quite shocking to see what peeps was downloading (got folders named by mac addresses) but proved that 90% of the net was used just used for ~~~~.

, tbh, that was about 5 system re-installs ago, so got nothing left from it, but I was gobsmacked how easy it was to see peeps internet activity that was totally in-secure.

I should dig out my skystar pci card and play again.
