virgin tv return path off

hi can any one tell me how to turn on my return path on a scientific atalanta v+ hd box cant use on demand at the moment as it wont lock down online light flashing , it needs to be solid to work on demand

have you checked virgin service status? around my area people are having problems with the on demand service, Virgin expect to fix it by Tuesday

take plug out of wall for 30 sec then plug back in that should do if virgin is running ok
