try deep scan which will delete existing channels and bring new ones in good luck

Ok all. Dont know if and what I am doing wrong. Got all the channels working 8 scans and resets later. Problems still arising include....

BBC 3 & 4 having hard coded subtitles?? all off in options menu's, and the box has froze 6 times on channel changes. Im starting to wish Id have just kept the starview 3 box and done without BBC HD... Which I cant even find on the channel list. I am in dispair. Anyone at all any ideas please?

Had no problems what-so-ever with the SV 3 but just got new HD TV so though Id upgrade
