Starview 4 Super USB problem.... Please HELP!

    Hello Everyone,

Ok, i have the starview 4 box, had in for around a month or so now... and basically its just turns off after maybe 20minutes of watching it and then when i turn it back on it will turn of in within a minute or two. This has been happening for the past few days, and today it dosent even start!! im getting a response from the box, and there is numbers which are appearing on the display of the box when i try and turn it on eg.0002, 0008 and then it will just cut out and have ---- going through the screen and then 0002, 0008, ---- etc... I would be very grateful if someone could advise me on what i could possibly do to fix this problem

Thank You Very Much in advance

If its coeing on and u can see channels on the front....Then i would try a reflash of ya box.... that will take it back to factory settings.....

      Hello Gazza.
      Thanks for replying
We are actually unable to actually change anything on the box.... nothing is appearing on the screen either... as i said it my orignal post it just shows 0002,0008,---- on the screen these three images repeating one after another once i turn the box on.
      Thank You.
Is there no way i can restore it to default factory settings, or maybe even updating the firmware?
