If i was you I would stick with the box you have for now, the VM thing is ongoing and will never stop. WIth an uncertain future ahead for the coming year or two it best to stay with your current box if its working.. You could try a Eurovox HD box but with only one OH channel to watch that is not really worth changing over for..

Have you talked with the guys in the Eurovox section etc about finding a way to fix it?

fair enough..... I guess you may want to stay with Eurovoxs, they certainly are cheap enough, however you may want to consider a kryptview or one of the Linux based boxes like dreambox for you next one. DMs cost more but you can do so much more with them (no you not need to know linux to use one).. It depends on how much you wish to spend really, DMs go from ?75 ish (clones) to ?700 ish for all singin all dancing boxes..

            Consider a few things...:

            Do you want HD?
Do you want to record movies etc to an internal/external disk or NAS?
Do you want to be able to pause live TV?
Do you want to connect you box to your LAN for internet access?
Do you want to be able to view your TV and recordings over your LAN or the internet?
            How much can you spend?

All the above are things to consider... plus you must bear in mind that it could be only the line boxes and maybe kryptview that will survive the n3 upgrade when it happens.. Eurovox and Starviews etc will become doorstops...

have read through an earlier thread of yours and seems as though you not looking for much more than a plug and play box. so the kryptview is in my opinion the best, its very well supported in the uk so no hanging around for firmware, comes out next day usually.
