flashing again

Hi I've just received my 2nd eurovox 5100 However there nothing on it. When my first one arrived and I set it up it started right away. The replacement is just blank i've flashed it several times but still nothing. On fast scan on completion I press the red button and the message comes up 'No transponder to scan. Please help.

make sure you are scanning the symbol rate for your area 6887 or 6952

i have just done 1 by using a cdf for my area mutch better than dowing a powerscan but do a factory reset first

its a channel file try downloads for the 1 for your area.

Flashing again

I've flashed it again still no transponder to scan. the area code 6887. My virgin box still works I cant understand why the eurovox 5100 will not work. I've also done a reset factory setting to no avail. If I cant get it working tonight its going back to the supplier.
