Channels Disappearing?

hi all

i have a digivox xl usb, all was going well but recently a lot of the channels have been disappearing, one by one the channels are going.

does anyone have any idea why, or should i try re flashing and re-searching again.

yes what it is virmin media change the frequencies of channels every so ofton.........to get them bak u need 2 rescan your box.........do a factory reset first then a scan....

REMEMBER to turn the EMU on.....
