Sorry to here that mate. It will not make you feel any better to know but I was looking at buying from them and did search which led me here to you. So name and shame will help someone.

had the same prob with my sv4 sent it back and all it was was a new power supply lead ,i got mine from wizzard sat and they were helpfull as any thing as is this web site
