Region change on a cisco vm box

Hi guys just acquired a tivo box and a 4585 (hd v box) that both have the same (wrong one) region on them so I need to change the region I've got into engineers settings and changed the region on the 4585 but it just changes back. I've got the cards for both boxes and I can get the freq's & region off my own box any ideas

I dont now if it helps. Cisco Box plug in power, then the led comes on, then it goes off, then as soon as any led lit on again, press 'menu' repeatedly multiple times until setup menu comes up, however u hv to know the default PIN from the dump to access manual.
