not sure on the rec/pause live tv m8 but eurovox are easy to set up

yes you can rec/pause with the ex7000hd good pic quality but thats about the only good thing about it the epg is crap compared with other euros

First question to ask yourself is do you want to just watch tv or d you like fiddling with your box? If you just want to watch tv than Eurovox is what you need if you like messing about with your pc and box than go for a dreambox dm600

I cannot recommend anything I have not tried personally. I have a PACE box and I will always think that is worse than a dreambox but there are loads of people here who think that you need a degree in computer science to manage a dreambox. I would have no problem recommending the ITGATE box than I would be lying to myself and my fellow members because I have read loads about that box but never actually tried one personally.

All i said was Eurovox are now officially the worst supported box,, as the irish lads will tell you,,, I kinda expected euro would have a fix for ireland by now,, albeit probably only fixing there most recent STB and shitting on there older boxes.

the kryptview, the iTgate, i would say offer good full support, both release updates for older boxes and insist it will continue.
SV fix there most recent box and let the rest sweat or buy an upgrade
digivox now even released irish fix, but guess what only there newest box too,,

You are correct m8 you never mentioned Itgate and it was my fault for mentioning the the box. What I should have said was that it is difficult to recommend any particular box without first hand experience. I never knew that the Eurvox did not work in Ireland, you learn something new evryday.
