what tool do the vm engineers use to put the cable against the wall

hi all just wondering what the vm engineers use to pin the cable against the wall and can it be used for sky plus cables?

Do you mean internal or external wire cliping. Has external they use cable clips when fixing to internal brick walls.

The cable clips used are size 7. same as sky and Ariel cable..
