Cheap & Cheerful

Hi All,

I'm new to all of this and was looking for a cheap & cheerful box that can get me all channels. I live in UK, dont need to record on the box, not fussed about HD or anything like that.

Cheapest one that will do the job.

Any one got any suggestions?

the cheapest boxes go for around 80 - 100 quid. starview eurovox, kryptview or digivox are all pretty similar to set up but i would go for kryptview personally as as a basic box for viewing all the channels and its very well supported.

If you dont mind a bit of reading and a bit of playing, you could get a clone dm500 for around ?50 delivered from china.

i am the same as ales
new to this
living in dublin
had a ddigital box which worked for the last 18 months up to very recently....stopped working while away on hols
where we live is serviced by a central aerial...so i guess its MMDS
looking for some advice
...ddigital box..is it finished....any way to get it working again......
is it time to get a new one....what will work for me...
