ddigital plus please help

hi i have a ddigital plus box but i cant get it to work every one keeps saying go to system settings but its not in the menu only system info is there i know this sounds a bit lame but i cant find any secret menu can you help please

it may need latest firmware, when was it last working? where are you uk ireland? do you have free channels? bbc1 bbc2 itv

i live near liverpool and it is brand new i have searched new chanels and found them all but i cant put the 8888 in to unlock them i have no secret menu the place i got it from put the new firmware on but i cant see them till first of the month and its doing my head in

press menu 2580 if my memory serves me it takes you to the secret menu, turn emulator or emu on if the latest firmware on it should work

you said you can get to system info what does it say there? what date of firmware?

its not got latest firmwaren on mate it should have 04.12.08 they crashed last on 27/11/08 so anything before that date wont work, dont spose you know how to get to keys do you

thank you i will have to take it back a give the bloke a slap for selling me a load of crap
i have seen some codes posted on here dont know if they are correct though

its not a load of crap mate just need updating properly, sometimes sellers tell you anything to get a sale then do a bunk with your money, it can be got running but if your man as long gone then come back here there will be people to tell you how to get it going. its just that there not many on tonight..... good luck

ddigital needs old firmware flashed on it first june 07,then scan turn emu on /menu 2580,then you flash new over the top no need to scan again then put it on sly sp1 let it clear,or slowly scroll through channels till the channels clear
