vcr not working with digivox xl

i have recently connected up my digivox xl box and just replaced exactly how i had my ntl box. for some reason the vcr screen will not show but i can get the sound throuh. anyone know why this is or how i can fix it. thanks

im sorry i cant help you but im shocked that you still use a VHS VCR..! I didnt even think they sold VHS Tapes anymore

Recheck all the leads if using a scart lead make sure it is fully home as I have found if they are out a little at one end this can cause this
