Channels not named after Digivox-t scan

Hi I have a digivox-T and when I do a scan on MMDS if finds the channels but they are not named. Instead of Discovery, Sky 1 etc etc.....I get TV45001, TV45002 etc etc..........I have had this problem before and could usually sort it out by powering off everything and then back on again...........i have tried this and even tried different aerials.........but no good...........i have also tried reflashing the firmware still no good............is there a reset button inside the box if i remove the cover or does anyone have any other suggestions please..........cheers

HI THERE

FIRST MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE MAIN LINE IN THE HOUSE FOR THE STRENGTH OF THE SIGNAL.

THEN RESCAN .. AND IF IT DOES THE SAME AGAIN KEEP RE SCANNING .

also did ya flash the box with the file for sorting the channels

also what part of ireland are ya in

its the latest firmware it worked once at the start now doesnt work.............anybody got any ideas how to sort this?........is there a reset button inside?

mate i hear a few more with this problem around ireland check with a few neighbours an see if they changed if they did ya no yourself

Make sure the 'powered antenna' option is on and then rescan. Should get channel names for you.

Though time may be short for the Digivox - we started loosing random channels this week - all we get now is 'scrambled or bad channel' messages...

Do you mean you are losing channels on the digivox-t mmds or a cable digivox?

this happened to me before what i did was a factory reset had to do it a few times before it started naming the channels correctly

Yes have got it working now thanks.......a combination of turning on the antenna power and factory reset a couple of times did the trick........Thanks to all
