Need help for MVHD HD600+

Hi, i got the above mentioned box from a friend. If im not wrong the box can receive HD channels right?
But i cannot view those starhub hd channels. How to go about fixing it?

Now starhub hd channels are paid service, they are not free. Is there model MVHD HD600? it seems that it's very old.
