Remote Control interfering with Starview 4

My tv remote is interfering with my Starview 4, for instance when i go to put the volume up it will turn off the Starview 4!! Any ideas peeps?

maybe you might have to move box to a new position and get a longer scart,hopefully tv remote then will not switch it off then.
