HD Cable using a PCI HD cable tuner

Hey guys, is anyone using one of these - along with a dragon (or other such as a softcam like evocamd with progdvb) cam for viewing HD cable content on there media centre pc's?

TerraTec - Products - TV - Cable (DVB-C) - TerraTec Cinergy C PCI HD CI

I got a little shuttle pc from a m8 the other day and was thinking of setting it up with windows 7 and one of these cable tuners so I could record HD streams - obvioulsy the pc would also be used as a high spec media centre and give much more benefits than just using a dreambox etc.

I was thinking I could use the dragon or softcam and put in the proper CC keys and decrypt vm streams - is anyone else here using anything similar and if so what are you guys using software wise.

This may be cheaper HISAT : Satellite equipment and information : Triple-Dragon, GbSat, Twinhan, Visionnet, MVision, Dreambox the CI won't work for me so I use softcam (vplug), still get the HD channels etc, also use this in media center DVBLogic - provider of digital streaming connectivity solutions.

I am going to get one - soley because I have now got windows 7 and the media centre on it is great - I need a tv tuner/cable tuner to get the most out of it though.

I do have a little shuttle pc that sits under my tv next to my 360 + xbox 1 and cable & sat box + speakers so i though I could put the dreambox in the bedroom and just use the shuttle since it's there anyway.

After all i use my 37" lcd as a computer monitor as well as a tv, so why not watch HD cable on it as well m8.
