Dreambox 800hd Cable setting up Coolmans TV Guide

Never bothered to much about epg so setting a box up for a mate and trying to set up Coolmans Tv Guide.
Had a look around and cant find any kind of good guides.

Ive loaded Coolmans but don't get a full epg.

Ive configured my usb flash drive and started Coolmans but only get the odd channel in epg.
Will I need to remove Crossepg or do I need to put something in settings?
Image is Openpli Smirnoffs Backup and Coolmans tv 7.0

Andy always make sure you are running the latest version of CrossEPG, I believe from V 0.7.0 contains the Virgin EPG downloader current version is V 0.8.1

yes if you go into CrossEPG settings and choose the Reload on Startup option to Yes this will then take the EPG.dat file where ever you have it sired ie: Hard rive or USB and load it to Ram on your box either restarting or coming out of standby
