hi all can some1 help me ive got a phantom hd box with a gift ive had the box around 2 months and its been great but for the last week and a half its unwatchable freezing , glitching and displaying no signal all the time all my wires are fine ive got a mega fast broadband from vm and is not wifi its hard lined . the guys that supply the gift are saying its a tech issue but im thinking poss overloaded gift any1 have any ideas or any1 having the same issues thanks in advance rich ..
