V+ faulty AP52

Hi Guys,
A friend of mine V+ box gets stuck on boot up as far as
AP 52 and wont go any further.Sounds to me more like
software problem.Has anyone come across this problem before and know of the solution. Your help would be much appreciated.

If it's legit VM box Prov should repair or replace. If not(oops) come back
With more INFO . I will point you in right direction::

Hi m8 ap52 is a signal prob tell him to check all the connections and remove any splitters

Hi, No not legit. Tried eurovox box using the same cable and works fine.So something wrong with V+ HD box/software...if you can please point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

could well of lost it's network id check in em
