Assume you got this sorted mate? If not post back. They normally come with latest firmware, load up a cables xml and should be a case of just scanning them in.

I have some channels but not all. What do I do to get all of them?

        Thank you in advance.

I'm having the same problem..Not scanning in all the channels after doing a provider scan. I have added what I believe to be up to date cable.xml file?

I'm based in the old TW uddingston region and missing quite a few channels including Sky Sorts5HD? Anyone confirm that I'm scanning properly.

Do a NIT scan starting from a working frequency, do not use the default frequency setting.

cheers for the reply lincsat.........I actually resolved it at about 3 am this morning when I found what I would say was a more in depth/detailed cable.xml file. It immediately loaded in all the channels.

it's an old thread , but I have just come across this old box & your suggestion of Nit search on working frequency has worked a treat, I have spent a good hour trying to scan & only getting a few here & there.

                  So many thanks again.
