q5 usb won't work

got q5 box tried to connect the usb hard drive to it and got the message there is no usb storage when i tried to record also the usb i used to set it up was not recognised they are formatted to fat 32 would i have to reformat them to something else

I didn't want to start a new thread with the same question, I'm having trouble with the Q5 reading my USB's (in the Ca Config area) tried FAT (default) and FAT32 any help appreciated

Sorry if i upset you my bad. try a different usb some are known to be rubbish.

Sorted, exit out of all menu's - viewing channel only - then press Blue button
