how many channels should i expect? Birmingham area

Hi all

I have a dm500c, did a scan today but i dont seem to be getting all the available channels on VM found by the scan. The ones that are found work fine but most are not even displayed there.

Am i doing something wrong or is there a way to manually search.

I am using the PLI JAde 3 image and on auto scan it only has VM as a provider.
