i have dealt with the said company on many occasions never had a issue at all.

i stand by what i said, bought box from skywonder with credit card which then had fraud commited on it while credit card was cancelled and awaiting new card again bought another box off skywonder with bank card,i never used this card on no other site and only the once.but alast again had fraud commited on this card as well have since recieved new credit card and used it on other sites with no problem.im just saying it all looks a bit dodgy and will not deal with skywonder again.

Just out of intrest,...you only ever used them 2 cards to purchase from skywonder?,....you never used them to purchase any other items?,from no other shop?,.including grocery shopping,etc,etc,....dont seem quiet right to me!!!!!

Following intensive investigations by Pritz & his csi team the truth has
been uncovered re allegations of FR**D by a member "f*lt*n" on this site.
This member should now come forward & update members on events.
If said member is unable to retract his post (now having the facts) maybe
Satsmo would e-mail Pritz at skywonder, also have dialogue with member
Then the facts should be posted on here (CAPITAL letters)
I rang PRITZ to inform him of allegations,having dealt with him since the
golden era of STARVU 1 & d-box, there are no unnacounted payments on
any of my credit cards. I know of several fellow members on here who deal with SKYWONDER, and they should add their opinions to this issue.
If SKYWONDER are deemed to be wrongly tainted by allegations on here
the wrong could be righted.
For say 1 week any post "where to buy box" answered thus;

Dear all....

Yes, it is very confusing what actually has happened only we can clarify this after doing out research.

We dont want to mention any names, however the customer who has placed this order, Needs to check why he/she is not receiving emails, There was no reply whatsoever to any of the emails we sent to them.

They placed an order for a Kryptview, paid by NOCHEX (external body that take payments) But also made payment by PAYPAL E-Cheque. Therefore SKYWONDER have no access to any of this customers card details.

We do take Payments over the phone under very high security provision, and as regular customers would know that we are a very Reputable and Honest Company.

I hope The Chap who has posted The Fraud Topic does get in touch with us so that we can clarify to them Exactly.

Please keep customer/supplier related issues between both parties.

We are not here as an arbitration tool between both. I thought I had cleared that issue up earlier obviously not.

Looks like something that is somewhat not right to me, but I am not here to take sides.We looked at other posts/threads and made our own conclusions we are not that slow here. But as said we do not act as refs in these sort of issues
