Got a phonecall from Virgin the other day, asking to speak to the account holder, who in fact doesn't speak english, they refused to speak to me her son, and said that they will ring with someone who can speak her language, noone as of yet has rang, but I am just thinking is it in regards to the Eurovox or the account, no letter has been sent etc, so not sure really?
Am I being paranoid? And whats the worst that can happen, surely nothing 'MAJOR' ?
