TN HD EPL999 cable box

Hello my Guru friends,

I am very new on this website and hoping that I can fix the problem I am facing now.

Currently I have a TN HD EPL999 cable box that is not working properly.

I noticed this after software upgrade that was prompted to me and when I'm watching NBA TV.

After software upgrade it can detect the channels but only black screen. I am also located in Singapore.

Please help I need your help. Thanks!

No amount of firmwares update that you can find will bring back the life of this box
because the service provider in Spore have upgrade to a new system (N3).

It has reached its end of life.
