q5 hd pvr firmware

hi all propper noob here can someone point me in the direction of the latest firmware for this box and is it possible to get it with a channel list embedded like i used to get with my old skybox f3

any help would be great thanks

No you cant get the channel list embedded, there are different area's around the country so what works in Manchester won't work in London. You need the blank Bouquet list that's doing the rounds, scan for channels , then put the channels into the relevant Bouquets.
There is also a full channel list about that tells you which go in were. Once you have done your own you only need to tweek it every blue moon when say a channel is added or moves freq.
