Help with digivox t. Mmds.....update 3300

Hi , is this the newest update (3300) as it is not working for me,. My eurovox tx is working fine on the same cable. This is the first time I have used the digivox . Am I missing something
.any help would be class.

did you power on antenna before you scanned?

yes, i did it with the power a. on and with it off.
should it be on ,

did you factory reset first,antenna on,scan find channels and emu to on,oh cable feed to ant in.

so the 3300 is the newest update.
