This a Good box for VerMin cable...

Looking for a box a cable box, all this is new to me but will a Amiko Mini HD Combo Digital DVB-S/S2+DVB-T/T2/C Receiver do the job and how easy are they to get up and running?

Simple to get up and running mate but if thats your price range get a Q5 instead. imho it has a better tuner. If you can afford a little more then an e2 box would be the best option subject to affordability. All are simple to set up although e2 involves a little more the support tends to be better. hope this helps.

Think he means an Enigma2 based Cable box. Easy to tinker withas the files are mostly the same as Sat versions

if your not familar with a e2 box get the amiko t/t2/c box over the combo save a tenner, both boxes are basic you only get now and then for a epg but work well enough for the money
