Hi i have just done a big no no friend just gave me this box to set up for him i have one myself door bell rang .came back to the box put usb in box started to update from usb quarter the way through flash realised i have not change the box over i am flashing my own box which is ok and then without thinking switched box off when i know it saying do not power off. now all i have is the box saying on wont do any command on hand set not even turn off it does switch off at the plug .have i cocked the box up please appreciate any help thanks mial

i think thats why you get that rs232 cable connection but there does not seem to be any tuts on how to do it also does not seem to be a equivalent dreamup software to assist in the reflashing of the box maybe you can try asking where you bought it
