hi all ,
i jast buoght new digivox xl and i tested in the shop in birmingham was all channal working but when im come back at home in newport in ntl area is not work i scaned many times not work i cant see normal chanal in list but ther is some channal like this tv 4532 , so plz i need some one help me plz

factory reset,turn box off the on before you scan, ive found on these if channels show as tv6 etc and not names its normally due to a low signal. make sure you scan on right provider as well. also no splitter
