And even sometimes the yellow brick wont work as I have found out in the past. Some people are at the assumption that picture break up is due to weak incoming signal. It can be even worse if it's too strong a signal. Bestbet, ring them up and get an engineer out , just say your box or bband hit or miss. They will check it and get it right.

if he had a few splitters add them into the cable as they drop high signal down,if your getting a visit hide everything cables splitters box and remotes.

I've tested a Mini Combo in Pure NTL and the tuner is fine, if anything, slightly better than a Vu+ cable tuner at the higher frequencies

Find the amikos just cant pull in frequency 107 in my area. Cloud 3 is the same mind you. Dreambox and Q5 are fine.

and box may work perfectly in another location.

No one make of tuner is better than another you have to take into account all the other factors such as quality of cable used (Even Virgin's official cable to your house is not the best), How many Street CAB connections there are, did they boost the signal etc...

without an official signal meter you wont no one way or the other so if you can borrow a make of receiver to try then thats the best bet before you buy anything
