They used to be very lax when customers ended their contract not bothering to turn them off at the street cabinet. Is this still the case? Also does the phone come down separate line to the tv/broadband ? Phone/broadband price has crept up to an extortionate rate - this is how they reward customer loyalty. If they were to disconnect us I can do without their 'tv' for 3 months untill I become a 'new customer' when I will be offered a good deal.
