no bbc or itv

got a call from my parents to say they had no bbc's or itv or sky they were getting the "service could not be found message" so i told them do a re scan but no joy now i was on to a few people and this is happening to them also this is on chorus true cable in limerick,they still have all their shy sports and movies so dont think its a n2 or n3 change just yet

Try scanning after 7 pm i have this problem with a few bbc channels and for some reason they find them after 7 pm

thats what i was thinking as well ill have a look myself when i call in tommorrow

This works for me on eurovox
1. Turn off and on
2. Press menu button
3. Click insatallation on menu
4. click fast install
5. put in pin 0000
6. Takes you to fast install page, press exit button, which brings you to current frequency page
7. press channel edit (green button)
8. Press add (red button) brings you to new page.
9. scroll down to frequency box and put in 460.000
10. Scroll down to symbol and put in 6875
11. click okay
12. press red button to update.

This is not the best way to go about it, but works. You will end up with duplicates for the chanels that have stopped working, you can just delete manually.

Everythings changing fast though, boxes are really slow now. Know guys paying full subs on nteeellll and are switching to sky as nagra3 has put the systems under strain, and made things quite cumbersome, which the ch****rs network has become as well in the last couple of days.
