Q5 Provider Scan

Hi
Just got the box already had a channel scan but from another area
I used channel editor to upload North west file
also cables xml freeview channels came on so some success
the provider scan only shows choices Chorus Ireland ,ect and a Telewest ,NTL and some offsets haven't a clue what they are was expecting Virgin/Telewest or Virgin/NTL
any info please just to put me right.

Were abouts are you ? Depends were you are will determine if the north west will work or not.
