Which Box has these features?

Hi

I can't seem to find any information to my question, would be grateful if anyone can answer as I'm a little confused.

Is there a box that has the same features as Sky+ box?:

1) Record to hard drive
2) Pause, rewind Live TV
3) Schedule recording
4) Record one channel while watching another
5) Scroll through the channels list while watching the current channel (e.g. openbox doesn't have this feature, the only way to view what other channels are on is by actually going to that channel)

posting in wrong section may get limited response to your question as cable and sky are 2 different platforms,sky+box is sat so presume its sat related so a box like
vu solo2.
if on cable dont know of twin cable box unless thinking of vu duo2 with swappable tuners.
